Hamburger Stroganoff
Hamburger Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 4 to 6 slices bacon, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine beef, bacon and onion in skillet.
Cook over medium heat until meat is browned.
Drain off grease.
Add soup, salt and paprika to skillet; mix well.
Continue cooking 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream; heat but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
