Hamburger Sausage Salami
Hamburger Sausage Salami is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. hamburger, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, 1 tsp. liquid smoke and 2 tsp. black peppercorns, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix and knead as bread and refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours. Knead again and refrigerate another 24 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and shape into 6 rolls about 10 inches long.
Bake in a 150Β° oven for 8 to 10 hours.
Keeps well in refrigerator for 5 weeks and will freeze.
(Can put in oven at bedtime and bake all night.)
