Hamburger Corn Casserole
Hamburger Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. medium shells, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped and 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add hamburger and brown. Drain off excess fat.
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. Add shells to meat mixture. Add tomato sauce, corn and seasonings.
Mix well. Transfer to 2-quart casserole and top with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β° or until hot and bubbly.
