Heat oven to 425Β°.
Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Make pizza dough according to directions.
Place in center of pan and press out.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until a light golden brown. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and poppy seed.
Blend well.
Spread over partially baked crust.
Top with green peppers, onions, ham and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is a golden brown and cheese is melted.
