Ham Quiche
Ham Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. diced cooked ham, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded swiss cheese, 1 tbsp. flour and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
Trim excess pastry around edges; fold edges under and flute.
Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.
Bake at 400° for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with fork.
Bake an additional 5 minutes. You may use a premade pastry, following same cooking directions. Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle evenly into pastry shell.
Top with ham.
Set aside.
Combine eggs, half and half, dry mustard and salt, stirring well.
Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
