Ham Cubes
Ham Cubes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, 1 tsp. worcestershire, 1 lb. pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, 6 thin slices boiled ham and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Beat horseradish, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, seasoned salt, pepper and cream cheese together until creamy and of spreading consistency.
Place one ham slice on a piece of waxed paper.
With a spatula, spread some of the creamed mixture over it.
Place another slice of ham on top of creamed mixture and spread with more of the cheese.
Repeat this process, ending with a ham slice on top so that the ham and the spread form alternate layers in a multi-decker "sandwich."
Wrap all securely in waxed paper and place in freezer or refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
