Ham Chowder
Ham Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 1) can whole kernel corn, 1 (no. 1) can tomatoes, partly drained, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine corn, tomatoes, broth, celery, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
Melt butter and stir in flour and milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Stir in tomato mixture. At this point, you may not want to use all of the liquid.
Add cheese, green pepper and ham. Cook over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is heated through.
