Butter doughnut and hole pieces and set aside
Place the crusts and scraps of bread in the bottom of an 8 x 12-inch casserole

Arrange doughnuts and holes on top
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 325Β° and bake uncovered for about 50 minutes or until set and brown
Remove from oven and allow to set 10 minutes before serving
