Ham Balls
Ham Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground cooked ham, 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 egg and milk to moisten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together ham, pork sausage, crumbs, and egg. Add enough milk to mixture so that it will roll into small balls. Bring brown sugar, mustard, water, and vinegar to a boil. Pour 3/4 of sauce over ham balls in baking pan.
Bake at 375Β° about 45 minutes. Use remaining sauce to pour over balls when serving. Freezes well.
