Ham and Cauliflower Casserole
Ham And Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350°.
In medium saucepot, cook cauliflower. Drain well.
Meanwhile, in large saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper; add milk and onion.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in cheese until melted. Gently fold in ham, mushrooms and cauliflower.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Crackers and 1 tablespoon melted butter can be sprinkled on top.
Bake at 350° until heated through, about 15 minutes.
