Ham and Asparagus Divine
Ham And Asparagus Divine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ham, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and 2 pkg. frozen asparagus or 32 fresh, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice ham 1/4-inch thick.
Cook asparagus until tender; drain. Alternate slices of ham and asparagus in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually stir in milk and sour cream, stirring until sauce thickens.
Stir in cheese until smooth.
Add salt and pepper.
Spoon sauce over casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until top is browned.
