Gullet (Pan Bread) is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add milk.
If dough is too dry, add more milk. If too moist, add more flour.
Knead until it does not stick to your hands.
Place in pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
