Grumpy Cake
Grumpy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jiffy white cake mix, 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 large (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese, 2 c. milk and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake the cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes.
Cool cake in the pan.
Beat together the pudding mix, cream cheese and the milk until thick and creamy.
Spread on cooled cake.
Spread pineapple over pudding mixture.
Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts over the top.
Chill overnight in refrigerator.
