Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 (12 oz.) can peas or whole kernel corn, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown meat; add onions and cook until tender but not brown. Add peas, soups, sour cream, pimiento, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Cook and drain noodles.
Stir into mixture.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle crumbs over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
