Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 medium onions, 2 cans tomato sauce (regular sized can, 6 to 8 oz.), 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown beef and onions in saucepan.
Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream and add to meat mixture.
Cook and drain noodles.
Mix all ingredients in baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated/shredded Cheddar cheese.
Cover and put in oven.
Cook until bubbly hot, 25 to 30 minutes.
