Grits Casserole
Grits Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. regular grits, 3 c. boiling water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 stick butter and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pour the grits into boiling water to which salt has been added.
Mix well, and cook until thickened.
Add the butter, beaten eggs, milk and cheese.
Stir thoroughly and place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
