Grits Au Gratin

Cook 1 cup grits in 3 cups water with salt added.
Pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole (greased) and add cubed cheese. Stir in until melted and mixed in.
Add beaten eggs and Tabasco slowly while mixing.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered, until well browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
