Made with 1 c. grits (quick cooking such as 5 minutes by quaker or other brand), 4 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. salt, 6 oz. stick kraft garlic cheese and 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook grits, water and salt in large heavy saucepan.
Cook on top of stove for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from stove and stir in cheese and butter. Beat eggs into milk and add to grit mixture.
Buttered bread crumbs may be added on top if you care for them.
Bake about 45 minutes at 325°.
A deep dish is good for baking.
Jalapeño cheese can be used if you like the hot flavor instead of the garlic.
