Grilled Fish
Grilled Fish is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 1/2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 lb. firm fish*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine olive oil, onion, cheese, basil, mustard, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper in blender.
Process 30 seconds.
Add vinegar and lemon juice; process additional 30 seconds.
Place fish in a grilling basket; grill over hot coals 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily, basting frequently with prepared sauce.
Remove fish to warm serving platter; garnish with lemon slices and serve with remaining sauce.
