Green Salad
Green Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice (uncle ben's converted), 1 c. grated sharp cheese, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1/8 tsp. savory and 1 c. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all the ingredients except the egg whites.
Blend well (don't beat). Add more milk, if mixture seems too stiff.
Be careful, don't add too much.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
