Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1 heaping tbsp. parsley flakes, 3 tbsp. oleo and 1 can chicken broth (plus a little water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute bell pepper, green onions and parsley flakes in oleo. Add chicken broth and water.
Place rice, salt and pepper in a baking dish.
Stir in other mixture.
Bake 50 minutes in covered dish at 350Β°.
