Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rice, 1/2 c. parsley, minced, 1/4 c. cooking oil, 1 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients.
Bake, without stirring in a tightly covered 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350Β° or until rice is no longer soupy.
Remove cover and toss rice with a fork as seasonings come to the top.
Needs no gravy.
May be frozen after baking.
