Green Pepper Jelly
Green Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 bottle liquid pectin and 1/2 c. chopped hot peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a hard boil over high heat.
Remove and set aside for 20 minutes.
Return to heat. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add liquid pectin and food coloring.
Stir, skim off foam and pour into hot jars.
Cover with thin layer of paraffin wax.
