Green Enchiladas
Green Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked and seasoned, 15 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 large onion, grated and 2 cans green chilies, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook meat and drain; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cheese, soup, onion and green chilies.
Stir in meat and mix well.
Soften tortillas one at a time in hot oil.
Put layer of meat in a large casserole dish; layer 3 or 4 tortillas, the another layer of meat and so on, ending with meat.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes. Just before removing from oven sprinkle with grated cheese and let melt.
