Green Enchiladas
Green Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small can chopped green chilies, 1 small, chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
With onion; drain.
Add chilies, soups and milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer about 5 minutes. Dip tortillas hot oil.
Layer mixture, cheese and tortillas, ending with cheese.
Put a little black pepper on top for looks. Bake
350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbling around all edges and cheese is melted.
