Green Beans with Almonds
Tender green beans simmered with beef bouillon, then showered with toasted slivered almonds. A simple, savory side that dresses up any weeknight plate.

In a large pan, combine beans, bouillon cubes, water, oil and onions.
Bring to a boil on the stove and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add almonds during last 15 minutes of cooking or use almonds as a garnish when served.
