Green Bean Salad
Green Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can cut green beans, drained, 1 small onion, cut fine, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1 pimento, diced and 1 tomato, peeled and cut in 1-inch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Marinate green beans in French dressing to which garlic has been added.
Let stand several hours.
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Just before salad is to be served, combine beans and all other ingredients.
Add more French dressing and serve in lettuce cups.
