In a large container, stir soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper until smooth.
Mix in beans and 4 cans of onions.
Use 3 baking dishes, 12 x 8 x 2-inches or 2 baking dishes, 13 x 9 x 2-inches. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. Top with remaining onions.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Makes 50 (1/2 cup) servings.
