Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (10 oz.) pkg. french-cut green beans, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook green beans according to package until almost tender. Drain and set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add flour and cook until smooth.
Remove from heat and add sour cream, sugar, salt and onion.
Mix thoroughly; return to stove and cook until thickened.
Combine sauce and beans.
Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top.
Combine cornflake crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 35 minutes.
