Greek Vegetable Salad
Greek Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head romaine lettuce, 2 c. chopped tomatoes, 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced, 1 small onion, thinly sliced and 1 small green pepper, seeded, cut into 1/4-inch strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large bowl, toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and green pepper.
Top with cheese.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, water, garlic, oregano and black pepper.
Pour over salad and gently toss.
