Greek Salad Supper
Greek Salad Supper is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced, 2 tbsp. each minced parsley and onion, 2 tbsp. cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. oil and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix potatoes, parsley, onion, cider vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.
Put on a bed of lettuce.
Mound potato mixture in center.
Arrange around potatoes: tomato wedges, artichokes, cucumber spears, green onion rings, red onion, pitted black olives, diced Feta cheese, shrimp and radishes.
Serves 6.
