Greek Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, torn, 2 tomatoes, cut in eighths, 2 scallions, chopped, 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese and 1/3 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large serving bowl, place lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, scallions, olives and cheese.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic and beat with a fork until well blended.
Pour over salad and mix well.
Serves 6 to 8.
