Grecco Casserole
Grecco Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 small cans mushrooms, drained and chopped and 3 (8 oz.) cans hunt's tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Fry onion and pepper in small amount of oil until glossy. Brown meat.
Keep moving to prevent burning.
Add mushrooms and remove from heat.
Boil macaroni until tender; drain and add.
Add tomato sauce and corn; mix well.
Place in a well-greased casserole and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Grate lots of sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
Place in 300Β° oven for 1 hour.
