Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon and set aside. Combine in bowl sugar, butter and eggs and beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture, alternating with milk.
Stir in oats, butterscotch chips, raisins and nuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 14 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
