Great Grandma's Rhubarb Pudding

Mix together ingredients, except the rhubarb.
Put raw rhubarb in bottom of deep dish casserole and sprinkle with sugar (about a cup).
Pour the mixture on top of the rhubarb and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or golden brown.
Can substitute other fruits such as blueberries, apples or strawberries.
