Grapefruit Congealed Salad
Grapefruit Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium size pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned, 3 pkg. knox gelatin (unflavored), 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. grapefruit juice and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
First peel and section grapefruit; sprinkle 9 tablespoons cold water over 3 packages Knox unflavored gelatin.
Dissolve sugar in 1 cup boiling water.
Mix with gelatin.
Add 3 cups sectioned grapefruit and 1 cup grapefruit juice.
Put 1/2 in a 9-inch square dish.
Congeal.
Leave other half at room temperature.
