Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. raw oatmeal, 1 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 c. grated coconut, 1/4 c. powdered milk and 1 to 2 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oil, honey and vanilla in saucepan until warm.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Honey mixture over dry ingredients until all is coated (okay to use hands to mix). Spread granola on shallow greased pans.
Bake at 250° for 1 hour or at 350° for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Store in airtight containers or Baggies.
