Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. rolled oats, 1 c. raw wheat germ or wheat bran, 1 c. nuts, chopped, 1 c. dried fruit (such as raisins) and 1/2 c. sesame seed or shelled sunflower seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 275Β°.
Combine oats, wheat germ, seeds and cinnamon.
Mix the oil, honey and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture. Stir to coat evenly and spread in a large baking pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, stirring evenly every 15 minutes.
Break up large lumps and add the fruit and nuts.
Refrigerate.
