Granny Tiner's Sour Orange Pie

Separate the yolks and whites.
Mix yolks and sugar.
Beat whites until stiff.
Combine yolks with whites, then add juice. Pour as much as possible into the pie shell.
Bake for about 5 minutes at 350Β° and remove from oven.
Use a fork to pull skim open in center and then pour your remaining mix into the hole. Continue baking until brown.
