Granny's Vinegar Cake
Granny'S Vinegar Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, unbeaten, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 sq. chocolate, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and blend.
Add vanilla.
Blend.
Add chocolate and blend.
Sift flour well and add alternating with milk and flour.
Mix vinegar and baking soda together; add and beat.
Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans.
