Granny's Spanish Roast
Granny'S Spanish Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 5 lb.) chuck or venison roast, 1 garlic button, minced, 3 tbsp. chili powder, 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 c. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Salt and pepper the roast. Brown in 3 tablespoons of oil or shortening.
Mix garlic, chili powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water.
Pour this over the browned roast.
Add onions. Bake at 350Β° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
Serve with rice. Gravy is delicious.
