Grannie's Pork Chop Casserole
Grannie'S Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1 onion, diced, 1 bell pepper, diced, 2 cans beef of consomme soup and 1 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Flour, salt and pepper pork chops, then fry them until brown. Saute the onion and pepper.
In a large casserole dish, well sprayed with Pam, sprinkle the rice, then add the onion and pepper. Pour the soup and water over last.
Stack pork chops atop this. Bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
