Grandmom's Potato Rolls
Grandmom'S Potato Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 6 to 7 c. flour and 1 c. potatoes, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat milk until scalding; remove from heat.
Add potatoes and margarine to melt.
Add sugar and salt.
Sprinkle yeast over mixture while warm.
Let set 10 minutes.
Add sifted 6 to 7 cups flour.
Knead about 10 minutes.
Let rise in greased bowl until double.
Punch dough down.
Pat into walnut size pieces to form cloverleaf rolls in muffin cups.
Makes 3 dozen rolls.
Let rise again until double.
When risen, bake until brown.
Put small pat of butter on top of each roll.
