Cream first 3 ingredients well.
Then add the remaining ingredients (eggs one at a time, stirring after each) and cream well.
Mix pecans and raisins with 1 tablespoon flour.
Then add this to the batter mix.
Bake in a tube pan at 325Β° approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Start the oven out cool with cake.
