Grandma'S Meal In One! is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 can small english peas and 1 can cooked, sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown and drain meat.
Saute onion and bell pepper.
Mix with meat.
Add the peas, carrots, tomatoes, water and mushroom soup. Mix well and pour into a greased 3-quart or larger baking dish. Spoon mashed potatoes to cover top, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°, until brown.
This can be fixed the day before and cooked when needed.
This dish with salad and drink makes a good Sunday dinner.
