Grandma's Lima Beans
Grandma'S Lima Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. dried baby lima beans, 3 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soak dried limas overnight in water.
The next day, drain off the water.
Cover with fresh water and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Drain again.
Rinse under hot water and put in medium casserole.
Add butter.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix in lima beans lightly.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
