Grandma's Fudge
Grandma'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. cocoa, dash of salt, 1/3 c. corn syrup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease pot the fudge is cooked in to avoid crystallization. Boil the sugar, cocoa, salt, corn syrup and milk until forms a medium ball (small amount dropped into cold water).
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add "good lump" of butter.
Add the chopped nuts, if desired.
Beat until almost thick enough.
Pour into buttered pan.
