Grandma'S Cucumber Koko is an easy dinner. Made with 7 to 8 medium cucumbers, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. hawaiian salt, 1/4 c. white vinegar and fresh chili peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut cucumbers into 2-inch wedges.
Mix sugar, salt and vinegar in a pot on low heat.
Add smashed, whole chili peppers to taste. Remove mixture and pour over cucumber wedges.
Let stand for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
