Grandma's Crumb Cake
Grandma'S Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. oleo or butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients into coarse crumbs.
Take out 3/4 cup crumbs and set aside.
To the remainder of the crumbs, add the egg, milk and baking soda.
Beat hard to mix well.
Put in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle the dough with the 3/4 cup crumbs.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Good warm or cold; it stays fresh for 3 or 4 days.
