Grandma's Choc-Oatmeal Cookies
Grandma'S Choc-Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate and walnuts; mix well. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 12 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Remove to cool completely.
Makes about 4 dozen.
